Hi,
I think your coasters are gorgeous and I’d really like to try them. Just wondered if the vinyl is ok with a hot drink being placed on the coaster? I want to make them with matching mugs!
Thanks,
Julie
Hi,
I think your coasters are gorgeous. What a fabulous idea. I just wondered if the vinyl is ok with a hot drink placed on the coaster? I want to make them with matching mugs so need to make sure they will withstand the heat!
Thanks,

I haven’t had any issues with the vinyl and I have been using my coaster regularly for 5 months now. 🙂

Did you use the polished marble tiles or honed?
Thanks!
Thank you! I used honed and then smoothed them with sandpaper. If I was to do it again I probably would use polished so I could possibly avoid that step.
